yes, “oy” was the title because why not show my jewyness. my boyfriend would be so proud. he used to call me a self-hating jew because i wouldnt call myself one. but do people who were raised catholic yet not follow it into adulthood call themselves catholic? that started out facetiously but didnt turn out that way. oh well. i didnt even come here wanting to talk about religion.
so my parents have 3 cats and 2 dogs. one of the cats that we’ve (they’ve) had for 10 years got out. shes an inside cat. she was gone for 2 days and then my dad spotted her in the neighbor’s bush. hearing all these stories from friends about cats running away for weeks and coming back home kinda amazed me. seriously though.. i know they are animals and have those instincts, but these are domesticated animals.
